We make use of door-to-door courier services. Delivery can take between 2 - 4 working days, depending on where in SA you are based. We currently deliver only within South Africa.
Below is a list of our standard shipping times:
1. Cape Town Main Areas (Southern & Norther Suburbs, CBD, Peninsula, Stellenbosch etc.): 1-2 business days. For example, if you place your order on Monday (before 5pm), we'll ship it on Tuesday and you should receive it by Wednesday.
2. Cape Town Outlying Areas (Paarl, Worcester, Somerset West, Strand, etc.): 1-3 business days. For example, if you place your order on Monday (before 5pm), we'll ship it on Tuesday and you should receive it by Wednesday, Thursday latest.
3. Johannesburg & Pretoria Main Areas (Most areas within the Gauteng province, except for small towns & outlying areas): 2-3 business days. For example, if you place your order on Monday (before 5pm), we'll ship it on Tuesday and you should receive it by Thursday.
4. Durban Main Areas: 4 business days. For example, if you place your order on Monday (before 5pm), we'll ship it on Tuesday and you should receive it by Friday. Please allow one extra day for PMB.
5. Other Main Cities (Port Elizabeth, East London, Bloemfontein): 2-3 business days. For example, if you place your order on Monday (before 5pm), we'll ship it on Tuesday and you should receive it by Thursday.
6. Small Towns & Other Areas: 5 working days
Note: if orders are placed on the weekend, we usually ship it on Monday morning.
Unforeseen circumstances or courier load could result in longer shipping times. This is not common but it does happen. However, 'late' delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order. If your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times above, please contact us and we will follow up urgently.
Order value below R300: Our shipping fee is a competitively low R49 for Western Cape and R59 for areas outside of Western Cape!
Order value between R300-R599: R25 for Western Cape and R30 for areas outside of Western Cape.
Order value R600 or more: Shipping is free!
For certain areas such as Mpumalanga & Northern Cape, the cost may be higher. Check our shipping calculator on the Cart page!
We've added an Express Shipping option. For an extra fee (calculated at checkout), the gift will be delivered within 1-2 business days (not including the day the order is placed). Express shipping is applicable only to our Themed Gift Boxes.
For example, if you place the order on Monday, the gift will be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.
Express shipping times applies only to main hubs such as Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Port Elizabeth.
We do not have an option to collect at this stage.

Should there be any defects or damage to the product, please return it to us. We will cover the courier fee and refund your money.
If you are returning the product due to any other reason aside from defect or damage, we will assess the condition of the product once received and then refund your money if the product is unused and in the original packaging. Please note that in this case, the return courier fee will be for your account.
