COVID-19 - Our Response

This is an unprecedented time for all of us. The best we can do is to work together to "flatten the curve", thereby reducing the impact of the virus on our country and the world.

We have put in place the following measures:

Hygiene

Our team, albeit small, practices strict hygiene policies while wrapping and packing your gifts. These include thorough & frequent hand washing and the cleaning of all work spaces.

Our courier

Our courier partner, Fastway, has put in place a number of policies and practices covering their vehicles and depots. These include:

  • Deep-cleaning vehicles
  • Sanitising vehicle "touch-points" frequently
  • Carrying wipes and sanitisers
  • Training drivers on how to minimise the risk of infection

Furthermore, Fastway implemented "no contact" delivery as described below.

No Contact Delivery

When our Couriers arrive at your delivery address, they have been instructed to ring the bell/knock on the door and stand back at a safe distance (2metres). The Courier will place the item at your door and wait for you to answer.

The Courier will present you with a scanner/handheld device to sign on, which will be sanitised before requesting you to sign.

There is also an option for you not to touch the scanner, whereby the courier will leave the parcel in a Safe Place on your instruction. This will require that the courier photograph you and the parcel at the instructed Safe Place.
